Call for Papers 2022 (No. 2) [UPDATE]

We invite you to submit texts concerning the history and present day of national administrative courts. The centenary of the establishment of Polish Supreme Administrative Court is an excellent opportunity to review the organization, functioning and judicial achievements of this part of judiciary. We encourage you to submit historical and legal texts, as well as texts on current law, including glossaries.

The texts may refer to the ideological background, circumstances of passing laws, to organization of the courts as well as to functioning and judgments. We hope that the participation of foreign scholars in this project will enable to create the comparative shape of administrative courts in the past 100 years.

We invite You to send Your texts by 30 October 2022. We kindly ask the authors to read the technical requirements in the "For authors" tab on the journal's website.

Due to the large number of inquiries and submitted texts, the deadline for submitting articles has been extended to March 31, 2023. Texts on administrative judiciary will be published in volume XXII for 2023.
