Issue 1 of volume XXI published

In issue 1 we will find articles devoted to the studies on regional parliamentary assemblies (sejmiks) of the nobility and texts dealing with the editions of records of such assemblies, traditionally it also includes a varia section. You can also read the report from the scientific conference held in May 2022 in Ciechanowiec.
